Every year, I decorate a metal ivy thing (It’s Kel’s.) with lights and ornaments, mostly from Hallmark. My parents started buying ornaments, mostly Star Trek, and I continued the practice.
For several years, the ornaments hung on the Christmas tree, but I have so many that I can’t hang them on the tree. In fact, I only hang a portion a year.
From left to right, top to bottom, here are this year’s ornaments.
AT-AT (Star Wars)
Luke on a Tauntaun (Star Wars)
Robbie the Robot (Forbidden Planent)
Hogwarts Castle (Harry Potter)
Atlas holding the world on his shoulders
The Universe Window from the National Cathedral
Jaromir Jagr (in Pens uniform)
Iron Man
U.S.S. Enterprise A (Star Trek)
Iron Man (again!)
Marvin the Martian
Jango Fett (Star Wars)
NASA Space Shuttle
Clark Griswold Lighting the House (Christmas Vacation)
U.S.S. Kelvin (Star Trek)
General Grievous (Star Wars)
Merry Christmas!
